Is there a free trial?
No — and that's deliberate. The setup fee includes your first month, your store provisions immediately on the tier you bought, and recurring billing starts on day 31. You get a real store, not a sandbox.
What does Tier 1 checkout mean without card processing?
Your customers design and place orders online; the order lands in your dashboard as a work order plus an invoice you collect offline — at pickup, by phone, or however you already take payment. Upgrade to Pro whenever you want cards at checkout.
Whose Stripe account takes my customers' payments on Pro?
Yours. Your store connects your own Stripe account — your customers' money goes to you, never through us. Our billing relationship with you (this subscription) is completely separate.
What's in the catalog on day one?
2,100+ awards, plaques, and gifts from our manufacturer catalog, synced into your store at your markup with your prices. Your dealer costs are confidential — they never appear on your storefront.
Can I use my own domain?
Every store gets {you}.designbiz.store. Pro and up include custom-domain wiring; on Tier 1 it's an add-on.
